The facility had been modified from a header tank feed to mains pressure however there was insufficient residual pressure in the mains during peak occupancy to meet the demands to the upper levels. The pump set was supplied, installed and commissioned in two phases then interfaced to operate as a lead-lag system.
To transfer domestic cold water from a holding tank in the basement to a delivery tank in the top floor plantroom. Provision and wiring of tank level sensors from rooftop to basement with necessary pump interface and BMS outputs. The new pump set was supplied, installed and commissioned with simultaneous decommissioning and removal of the existing end-suction back pull out pumps.
The facility was having problems with the delivery of water during peak occupancy. Due the location of the premises, industries in the area were reducing the pressure in the mains. The pump-set was supplied installed and commissioned on the incoming mains to boost the pressure to the facility and overcome the problem.
